When Designated Contractors Ltd (DCL) required four Hyster forklifts for the 18-month fit of the new ‘Stay Club’ student accommodation development, they called Hiremech to deliver.
The site, at 201 Hangar Lane Gyratory, Ealing, had been an old Transport for London storage site when a keen-eyed developer purchased the land 12 years ago and finally secured planning permission 9 years later. This allowed the building to proceed for 800 students. The unique design and build project will consist of approximately 900 bespoke pre-fitted shipping containers.
