Our relationship with Blitz Hire goes back to 2012, when we first began supporting their owned equipment. Over the years, that relationship has evolved into a full hire fleet partnership to include Lithium powered forklifts and cleaning equipment.
Kris Satchell from Blitz Hire recently approached our team looking for a more effective way to streamline their yard loading and unloading processes. Their operation required a machine capable of loading and unloading lorries from one side, whilst handling heavy loads safely and efficiently.
The Right Equipment for a Growing Business
Having previously used a JCB Teletruk, the business found that it no longer offered the lifting capacity required to support their expanding workload. After assessing their requirements, our Sales Representative Harun recommended the JCB 531-70 Telehandler, a machine perfectly suited to the lifting capacity and reach needed for their operation.
The new telehandler provides the additional strength and flexibility needed to move larger loads quickly while making far better use of the available yard space.The ability to efficiently load and unload vehicles from one side has helped improve workflow, reduce handling time and create a safer, more productive working environment.
The operators have also been impressed by the machine’s comfort and usability. With ergonomic controls and in-cab air conditioning, the new telehandler keeps operators comfortable throughout the working day, even during this summer’s heatwaves!
Supporting Future Growth
After the success Blitz Hire have had with their new Telehandler, we are now in the process of providing them with a Combi CS1000 stacker to diversify their fleet.
